Most body jewelry used today in eyebrow piercings have a threaded end that the ball screws into. To remove the jewelry simply unscrew the ball and pull out the bar.

Wash the piercing area and your hands with soap. Stand in front of a mirror and take a good look at the piece of jewelry to make sure you understand how it will untwist or unlock. Stop if you experience pain or bleeding. When it's removed, apply some antibiotic for faster healing.

Unscrew the end of the piercing or take out the ball and slowly slide the piercing out of place, once out, pat the hole from the piercing with rubbing alcohol.

If the piercing is a bolt type, unscrew one end of the piercing and remove. If it is a pressure ring, gently pry the ball out of the ring.

Depends on the jewelry, but normally you would grasp it tightly and just simply unscrew the ball at the end. Easy as that.

You need to make sure you have your hands clean, and then carefully unscrew one end of the piercing, and pull the piercing out.
