If you buy a rebuilt kit, they come with directions about where the parts all go. A good tip I suggest, is to lay everything out on a towel, this keeps parts from rolling away, especially if ball bearings fall out when upside down. Don't over tighten bolts.

Remove it from the manifold, disassemble it, spray carb cleaner through all the jets and passages, reassemble, using a rebuild kit to replace any worn parts and gaskets.

The best thing to do is purchase a rebuild manual then buy a rebuild kit. This will eliminate a lot of guess work, part shopping and the manual should describe the entire rebuild procedure in detail. Make sure the manual has a lot of pictures for reference.

Once you've taken out the carburetor, remove the fuel bowl, and then take out the float hinge pin. Clean and dry all the parts and put it back together.

buy a rebuild kit for your model carborator. take the carb off the engine. take it apart, clean all metal parts with carb cleaner, and use piano wire to get in the holes. then replace all the seals.
