The validity of your case depends on the applicable law, and the facts in your particular case. Most lawyers will tell you whether you have a good case for free.

The validity of a lawsuit is predicated on the law. Make sure you know the law as it pertains to the matter and that you have grounds for the suit. An attorney can best advise you.

Ask for a free consultation with an attorney who handles the cases like yours. Most attorneys will grant a free initial consult and take cases on a contingency basis.

The best way to be sure is to consult an attorney. Another possible way is to do some research on the internet or in the library about the qualifications of having a valid case for a lawsuit. If you do not talk to an attorney then I would say try the library before the internet.
