The United States Patent and Trademark Office (Dept of Commerce) has an excellent website that details the ins and outs of registering a trademark. It also offers guidance in researching a trademark as well an intellectual property, including a booklet, video, online FAQ and much more.

Registering a trademark requires the filing of a trademark application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This can be done online through their website and can be self-filed or filed through an attorney. The process usually takes 1 - 2 years and if successful will entitle the owner to trademark rights in the United States.

From my experience, there is no law against it. If the vehicle has been parked there for more than 24 hours or if the vehicle is either unable to be driven, you can call to have the vehicle towed at owners expense plus a ticket to be involved from the state.

You have to file it with the patent office in Washington. First you fill out the application, enclose the trademark information and the fee that will be required. They will then do a patent search to make sure no one else has claims on it. It usually take years.

Go to the U.S. Patent and Trademark website and you will find all the forms and instructions you need to file for trademark protection you need. If you don't have access online, you will find plenty of information at your local library in the Reference section.

Well you want to put forth an application for a patent. Then you have to get it approved. You may have to write some sort of business approval for it though.

For registering a trademark you should first check the availability of the trademark in the register office or some of the websites mainly required for it. Then it should be done in a way that no one can rework on it. And it would be your trademark after register.
