You go to buy a lot of olives and squeeze them hard and store it in a glass bottle. Put any spice you like to make a flavor to it

Pour some oil into a clean glass bottle that has a screw top. Leave enough room to add flavorings. Avoid acid flavors like wine or vinegar. Use clean dry herbs such as basil, rosemary or garlic. Store the oil in a dark cabinet with the cap on for about two weeks.

You can put sprigs of basil, tarragon, crushed garlic. But all this needs to be cleaned well. This will sit in the olive and change the flavor.

Assemble and wash your flavorings along with your oil, a saucepan, and a glass jar to store it in. Let your flavorings dry! Heat your oil in saucepan. Add flavorings to jar. Add heated oil to DRY ingredients inside of jar. Seal jar and let age. The intensity of flavoring will increase over time.
