A pimple on the lip is very hard to treat. You can't put acne medication on your lip. I don't recommend draining it because you can end up with a scar. Letting it run it's course is the best option. A hot compress can help to speed up the process.

The best way would probably be to dab a tiny amount of acne ointment on the pimple. Your lips would probably be too sensitive to much else.

You can get a heated wet rag. Press this against your lip until a head appears, then insert the sharp end of a sterilized needle into the pimple. Once it pops leave it alone.

Lip medications like lip balm or carmex can help to rid of lip pimples. Don't touch or rub it too much, otherwise it will worsen. Give it time to heal.
