Call the Sheriff's Office for details. Someone there can advise you of how to apply as well as any restrictions.

There is an application form, which you can request online. You must present in person a passport photo, criminal records if any, get fingerprinted, complete CCW training and send all documentation in with the notarized, completed application with a $117 fee to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licensing, P.O. Box 6687,Tallahassee, FL 32314

You'll need to visit your local municipal court. They'll be able to request the forms you need for a CCW transaction. Bring 2 forms of ID.

You must mail or deliver the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services the following items: a passport style color photo of the applicant, proof of qualified gun training, a completed fingerprint card, a signed and notarized CCW application, and a non-refundable check or money order of the required fee.

Provided you meet the minimum eligibility requirements, you can apply for a concealed weapon permit with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Licensing.
