There are several ways of flushing a fluid. Fill the master with clean fluid then starting at the passenger rear tire, have a helper pump and hold the break pedal. With the pedal held down open the bleeder and let the fluid come out. Then close the bleeder and repeat until clean fluid comes out. Repeat for the other wheels.

Flushing the brakes can be accomplished by opening the bleeder valves on the brake lines and pumping the brake pedal until the hydraulic fluid has been evacuated from the system. Refill the reservoir in the engine compartment and then bleed the brakes individually to remove the air from the lines, adding more fluid as necessary.

There are two ways to flush the system. One is to drain all the fluid out, refill it, and bleed the system. Another involves drain the fluid at each wheel until fresh comes out. Keep the reservoir full as you go to eliminate air bubbles.

To drain it, open each bleed screw at every corner and the fluid will drain out. Then refill the system at the reservoir and bleed all the air out.

You will need to have it taken in to to have it fixed. They will know how to flush the brake fluid. Your best bet is to take it in. Or you can get a manual at an auto parts store, tell them the make and model of the car.
