How do I fix my flabby arms?

Try using some small weights, starting at 1 pound and working up and try incorporating them in squats and other exercises. Also try push ups to build muscle in your arms and chest.

The best exercises are bicep curls (w/your arms by your side, slowly raise and lower your forearms while holding weights) and tricep dips (Face away from a bench and place the heels of your hands on the edge of the seat. Walk your feet away until there's 2ft distance from your hands. Slowly lower your body for 5secs then rise.)
