You would have to remove the back of the set, disconnect the wires from the connector, and replace the connector with a new one.

Other than taking the set into a shop for repair, all you can do to keep using the cable is change the hook up on your television. In order to continue to use your cable, just bypass the coax on your television, using rca cables and alternate inputs on your television.

You will need to take your set to either Best Buy or a reputable television repair center for repairs to the cable connection. There, they can either validate warranty or charge you for that service.

Plug in a VCR into the rca jack and use it to tune the station. If that doesn't work than take it to a t. v. repair shop

Check to see that the cables are plugged in and secure tightly. If the wires inside the cable are are disconnected from the metal top, you will need to purchase a new cable cord.
