When I receive an e-mail with a works 6. 0 word processor attachment or I try to open a file saved on my computer they will not open, the computer just stops working then when I go to ctrl/alt/delete there is either nothing beside Microsoft Works Word Processor it says "not responding"?
Whenever I sit in front of the computer, I start to fall asleep however when I move away, I'm fine. Could something strange be going on?

Every operating system should have a defrag tool built in. All you have to do is open the start menu and type in defrag and it should come up.

If you're running a version of Windows, you only need to find the Disk Defragmenter program. Then, select the disk partitions you want to defragment and you're good to go.
