Under the carpet can be a little challenging. I would get a dry vac, laundary soap, and hot water. Mix some laundary soap with hot water and pour small amounts on the area and than suck up the water as fast as you can with the dry vac for a couple of minutes to make sure you get the water.

You may need to get yourself a carpet shampooing machine. You can rent these at some grocery stores. I am not sure if you want to clean the flooring beneath the carpet, because that would require that you take out the whole carpet and then scrub what's beneath. However, if it's just the carpet, there are shampooing products for it.

Get a carpet steamer and use with carpet cleaner for pets. There is no other way to get the stains out without taking the carpet up.

A great stain remover for pet stains is good ol' baking soda and water. You can find many variations of the recipe online, which could include white vinegar. There are also products specifically designed for pet stains and these would probably work the best. Using a black light can help you find stains that aren't as visible.

The way I deal with pet stains is taking my carpets to a car wash that uses a hose, not brushes, and ask them to wash it with that very high pressure hose and some specialized detergent. After that, they should be just fine. In my case this solution worked perfectly.

Oxy clean is the best product I have ever found for stains. It completely takes pet stains out of the carpet.

First you will want to treat the stains with a cleaner made for pet stains such as Nature's Miracle which breaks down the stain. Then use a carpet shampoo machine.
