We can export it to a new file and open in another application. We can also save it as a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel.

First of all you have to go in the layout mode. Then choose Layout, Tab order. Choose here the options and click ok.

You'll have to click (File,Define,Gatabase). Create New Empty File Database dialog box. Type in unique name for field. Important No symbols or calculation formulas. select type of field to create.

In order to change the File in your pro system you will need to first save the document. Once the document has been saved you can remove the field order.
