Eggs must have exact temperature, humidity, and turned every 12 hours. After hatching, the babies require handfeeding every 2-3 hours for their first week. After that, feed them 4-5 times daily and stop night feedings. Eggs should begin to hatch around the 23rd day. Female may have abandoned them because they were not fertilized.

There really isn't much you can do, and she may have abandoned them because she knows they aren't viable. You would need a very precise setup to even try incubating the eggs, and then it would be very problematic if you could successfully hand raise tiny lovebird hatchlings. I would consult your breeder to know what to do in future.

For the successful hatching of love birds eggs humitity is very important. The incubation period is 22-25 days. 70% to 80%eggs are hatched. These love birds need moisture during breeding to create eggs.

You really need to ensure that you act as the mother did and keep the eggs in a warm, dark place so that they are mimicing what would happen from the mother.
