How can you look at your notes in a powerpoint presentation during a slideshow?

Sadly, this is impossible to do when your computer is connected to a projector or a monitor. The best option for a person in your position would be to print out the notes for each slide on a piece of paper. It's always worked for me - either that, or memorize them.

You need to have multiple outputs (like your monitor and a projector connected). Once this is available, go to powerpoint>Slideshow>set up slideshow. In the box, select the correct output you want to use for the presentation (projector say) and enable "Presenter view". Thats it.

If you go to the Notes page, you can see an option to print out your notes from the print command. They won't show during your presentation.

If you do not want the notes seen by the viewers, you will have to print them and read them and then show the presentation without them visible.

It doesn't matter what version of power point you have it all works the same, the only downfall is you might have to type your notes out by hand. Just go to print, and under the box that says "print what" choose note pages. It will print out your slides with space to write notes.

If you are wanting to view the notes then you will have to right click and then select include notes.
