First thing, check if the power is working and the amp is plugged in. Check all volume settings to make sure the amp is turned up. Now plug your guitar in. No sound? Try a different cable. Also try to plug the guitar either into another amp or a mixer to see if it generates a signal that way.

First ensure that the amplifier is plugged into the power socket and the switch is turned on! Next, check the fuse and also the trip button to make sure it hasn't tripped. Ensure the amplifiers power switch is turned on and the volume controls are not zero.

first, ensure speaker is connected properly. unplug any effects pedals and take your guitar and one cable, plug directly in. make sure gain and master volume are loud enough, and make sure your getting power. if it is tube powered, make sure all tubes are connected.

Rule out the chance that something else is causing the problem: Substitute a different cable to make sure that it's not a problem with the cable, and a different guitar to make sure that's not the problem. If it's still not working, take it to the pros.

Make sure everything is plugged in correctly to start with. Make sure every input from an outside source is going into an input, and vice versa.

First, you should check all of the fuses in the amp and then check out the speaker. One of those two are the problem.

First make sure the amplifier is plugged in to a working power source. Next, make sure the wires are properly connected to the output (TV, stereo, etc).

First, you want to make sure that the problem is not a cable or instrument. Make sure that the connections to the speaker are secure (make sure the amp is off when you do this). Also, check input jacks to see if they are secured and have good solder points.
