First you need to identify the reason for your hair loss. It could be medication or health related, or a symptom of illness; you should really talk to your doctor.

You can buy thickening shampoo, or get a hair transplant. You can also take medications to block male hormones if you have either PCOS or Endometriosis, common reproductive disorders in women. There are also some medications that can cause hair loss in women and if that is the case you can ask your do to give you a different one.

Rogaine makes products for women, because we often start loosing hair after the age of 30. I would suggest talking to a nutrionist and make sure that you aren't missing a vital part of your diet. Get your hair cut regularly, it helps keep your hair healthy.
