How can I sale my car without a title?

I need to sale my car and I do not have the title.

You may be able to sell it but not many people want a car without a title. People well either assume it is stolen or not worth buying if it has no title. You may be able to sell it to an auto recyclers for parts.

Meet the buyer at the bank who is holding the title.Sit down with the bank clerk.When they give you the money for the car hand it to the bank clerk.bank clerk will use the money to pay off the loan.clerk will give you back any cash remaning and issue the paperwork to have the title sent to the new owner

While laws vary state to state, generally the person selling the vehicle can write a bill of sale. In addition to this many state motor vehicle departments have a form for missing title. You will need your license plate number and the vehicles V. I. N number.

I hope you mean that you simply have lost the title. It is illegal to sell a car if you do not hold a clear title (lien free). If you have lost the title, most states allow selling of cars with what is called a quick-title. But these sales have to be done at the help of the DMV office
