How can I repair or replace a gas regulator for camper?

Repair is probably not an option. Replacement regulators are available at trailer/camper supply stores or repair shops. Replacing one is pretty straightforward. Turn off gas, removal and replace.

It might be a fault in the valve on the gas bottle. Try another bottle of gas, first. If that doesn't work, the regulator needs replacing. You can't repair it safely. Get it swapped at a gas supply depot and checked for leaks, that's the safe way.
