The easiest, most practical way to keep you teeth white between brushings is to swish you mouth with water after you drink tea, or chew a piece of whitening gum. This will help keep the stains at bay.

I can only tell you what works for me, people come up to me jealous of my white teeth. I brush everyday with a medium toothbrush and an extra cleaning type toothpaste for at least 2 minutes at a time. When my teeth feel gritty or not clean I brush.

You can carry a pouch with baking soda. Each time you imbibe tea just take a pinch of the white powder and rub it acros your teeth with you finger. Rinse with water and you're good to go. Your teeth with actually be whiter than if you did not drink tea.

The best way to avoid stain on your teeth is to avoid drinks such as tea, coffee, and red wine which will stain teeth over time. There are some types of whitening toothpaste you can use, and other more intensive treatments available as well, such as laser whitening. Strips for whitening at home can actually damage your tooth enamel.

The best way to avoid stains on your teeth, other then all the expensive teeth whitening products, is to brush them often, like after cup of tea you drink. Also, use a mouth wash daily, and doing a 60 second rinse with a 1/2 hydrogen peroxide 1/2 water solution should help.

Brush your tea immediately after drinking tea. If you can't do this, brush with a whitening toothpaste every time you brush. Drink your tea without sugar so it won't decay your tea which makes staining easier. If you drink a lot, try drinking through a straw so the liquid won't touch your teeth.

You can be sure that your teeth won't be stained, if you brush your teeth regularly, at least twice a day, but more often would be even better. Also if you are unable to brush the teeth at the moment, use some gums or clear your mouth with water, that would help a bit.
