My best guess: you'll want to dry the hulled nuts (low heat in the oven) to get all the water moisture out first then grind them up in a food processor and press the pieces. I'm betting the pressing part is the hardest for non-commercial makers.

Peanut oil is gotten by using a press on the peanuts. If it is done once without heating the peanuts is is Considered Extra Virgin. If you press more than once but do not heat it, it is considered Virgin. If it is heated it is not virgin.

Peanut oil is made by taking the nut and applying massive amounts of pressure so the oils are released from the nut. The nuts don't produce alot of oils so it requires alot of work to produce a usable amount. The process is not meant for the home so it is better to stick with store bought.

You cannot make a large amount of peanut oil on your own with common tools. To do so you would have to put a lot of peanuts into a large grinder and grind the nuts down till they release oil. You can do something similar at home in a food processor by grinding them and collecting oil from the top.

A good way to produce peanut oil is to grind the peanuts and press them and then drain off the oil into some type of container. Another way is to roast the peanuts and place a pan underneath the roasting pan to catch the oil and then transfer to an airtight container.

You have to place peanuts in a chopper until medium fine, roast peanuts slowly over low heat . This process will take 2 to 3 hours and constant stirring is needed.

Peanuts are harvested, shelled, and cleaned. They are pressed by a cold press or blended to extract the oil. You then store the oil which can be used for cooking.

Dry the peanuts in the sun for a week.Remove the decayed and rotten peanuts. For best result gather only the big and healthy nuts. The nuts will now shrink in size.If you have a shop where the nuts are crushed for oil, give there and get the oil.

To make peanut oil, you have to make an extract of peanuts and then when you make that extract, you boil it in already cooked vegetable oil and then you are ready to go.
