Select the page of ms word from the desktop, there will be a blank page open then go to the tool bar which contain many options like file, edit, format, windows, etc. ,Select the format option in it,it opens a page of letters style and size of the letter,in that you can click that option.

In MS WORD there is a option "change case" to convert the words to any required case. In Ms Word 2007, the option lies in the home toolbar itself with the symbol "Aa".

The best way to do this in MS Word is to turn off the Caps Lock Function, and keep your fingers away from the Shift key and type normally.
