It is essential to first go on a diet that is high in protein, low in carbohydrates, and extremely low in saturated fats. As you begin to lose weight from your neck area, begin an exercise regimen that stimulates the neck area by working the trapezium and rear deltoid muscles, results are typical within a month to 2 months.

It isn't possible to target where you lose fat. Since your neck was the last place that you gained the fat it will be the first place that you lose it. A low calorie diet and exercise will help you lose weight again.

Unfortunately there are no exercises designed to concentrate on your neck, so you are just going to have to lose weight in general.

There are no specific exercises to target fat in your neck area, so the best way, is to simply lose weight overall, and you will see a lose in this specific area. A lot of people once they lose weight, lose it in their face/neck area, so it shouldn't take long.

Sure! There are neck exercises that can be done. Try miving your head from side to side. This will shape up and trim the loose skim that is hanging down

A thick neck coupled with a history of weight gain could indicate a sluggish thyroid from Hashimoto's disease where the body attacks the thyroid. Hashimoto's disease can result in a goiter which will make the neck look thick. To find out if this might be the problem, a doctor should be consulted to have lab tests run.

There is no way to lose weight from a specific part of the body, although some body parts can appear firmer if the underlying muscle becomes toned. Your only solution is to lose the weight you gained; you will most likely see your neck return to its prior condition.

It's not true you can target a specific area to lose weight. If you want to lose neck fat, you need to lose weight all over. Don't try drastic diets; they are unhealthy and people rarely keep that weight off. Slow and steady will win this race. Cut calories and increase your activity level. Aim for 1-2 pounds per week.

Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days. you cant go on a diet just to lose weight from your neck.

You can't choose where on your body you will loose fat, but try a good low-carb diet for a few month and see what happens.
