How can I get slimmer thighs?

I have tried exercising but maybe I am not doing the right ones.

Weights training and strength training is thought to be the best way to change your body shape so doing these types of exercises that specifically target your thighs might help although it can take time to see obvious results. Squats and lunges are great for thigh muscles and are easy exercises you could do at home.

I believe, that one of the best exercises for legs is biking. It's a lot of fun and it guarantees you great upper legs and behind!

Create a individualized diet for yourself. Calculate how much calories you should eat and how many calories you burn with your exercises. Cover all your essential nutrients.

Well just make sure you do p 90x that will help you lose the thighs. This is a great way to lose weight overall as well. Thus, I think that will help.

Spot specific exercise is not likely to reduce a target area like thighs. If you want to increase muscle tone and reduce excess fat, the best approach is through aerobic exercise. I know it sounds simple, but walk! Or if you are able, run. Be patient, it will work.
