How can I get my kids in shape for football?

They should be doing lots of cardiovascular exercises, especially interval training. Weightlifting, if the children are old enough, is also useful.

There are many things you can do to prepare your children for football. Including daily conditioning exercises, weight lifting and even enrolling them in dance and gymnastics. Your goal is to ensure that they have proper balance and strength to endure the game.

Call their coach, ask his advice, and then follow it. If coach gives you ideas, the best thing is get out and practice with them.

Depending on the age of your kids, you can use some or all these. 1. Run 2. Weight train 3. Plyometrics I believe that propoer nutrition is also key to be in the correct shape as well.
