If you can remember some of the lyrics, just go to a search engine (like Google), type them in, then hit "enter". Typically you will get some results that can help you. If not, type in the lyrics and also type in "+" and "lyrics" after the lyrics that you can remember.

If you can remember just some of the lyrics but not the name of the song, I would strongly suggest you text the lyrics that you do know to 242242 (ChaCha) and tell them you need the name of the song. Within minutes, you will receive your answer. You will definitely be pleased with the results.

The way I find best it to write down as much of the lyrics of the song as you can remember. Then find a nice stretch of lyrics that you think would be pretty unique and you are sure are right and do an internet search for them. That should turn up a lyric site with the title and band.

Enter some of the lyrics into google and add the word "lyrics" to the end and search. Many sites like lyrics007 will have most song lyrics. Also, try sites like yahoo answers with the lyrics you know. Other strategies are asking a friend or listing to the radio and wait to see when the song comes up.

The way I find the name of songs stuck in my head for days is research. Type what you know of the lyrics in quotation marks in your search bar. Add the word, 'lyrics,' and then investigate the results. Your song title, and often a song clip should be within those results. If all else fails, ask a friend!
