To date your pregnancy you will need to determine when the first day of your last period was, not the first day of your missed period but the first day of your last period, that is week one of your pregnancy. So if the first day of your last period was six weeks ago you are six weeks along.

There are many calculators online that can help you. You can determine the date by going back and finding the first day of your last period. That is the day doctors consider the day you go pregnant. Doctors can also do ultrasounds in order to find the fetus's age.

There are some symptoms like Nausea, vomiting, dislike of taking food, frequency of urination if you have regular menstual period and missed your menstrual date and passes more than 7 to 10 day. After 10 days you can do your urine pregnancy test by pregnancy card

Your OB or midwife can estimate the date of pregnancy by the estimated fetal age generated after an ultrasound. It's difficult to tell within a few days the exact day.
