There are several great online sites to help you that will give you a price down to a few hundred dollars. I suggest a internet search or pick up a blue book at the book store.

You can look at online blue book prices for advice. Another way is to check out online auction sites to see what similar cars in the same condition are selling for at the moment. There are also local magazine type publications you can find in bookstores that will show you the price of various cars for sale in your area.

I recommend you have it appraised by a auto appraiser. Try to find one that is knowledgeable about the type of car you are looking at. If this is to pricey for you then you will need to research the vehicle yourself. Go online to find problem spots and values.
