A good place to start is by listing the programs that you are capable of using. It's all right for you to make a 'Master List' of all of the programs that you can use but only list the programs relevant to the job on resumes you're submitting.

Contact a local community college and find out when they have computer classes or workshops. You can also get one of those handbooks and teach yourself. Try and master the Microsoft Works programs first, then move on to programs that are directly related to your field, for example: Amicus Law is great for legal secretaries.
