In Weight Watchers they tell you that a 2 oz serving of chicken is about the size of a deck of playing cards or the palm of your hand.

Three ounces of chicken is approximately the size of a desk of playing cards. Five ounces would be slightly larger than a deck and a half of cards in terms of length, but still only as thick as one deck.
