Tennis rackets these days are mass produced and made by machines. If you wish to make one yourself, you're gonna need some tools. Wood works best for hand-made tennis rackets.

Tennis rackets can be made of wood or steel. Most recently they are made of a material which is a combination of graphite and fiberglass.They maximum length is is 29 inches and distance between the cross strings can be between quarter to half inch.

a materaial is chosen, be it graphite, titanium, aluminum, then this substance is molded around a form which prduces the frame. the frame is given different weights at certain parts of the frame to allow for playability and feel.
