With the newest vehicles and ones on sale up front, the good deals are usually in the back, or considered fleet vehicles. They are about half market ticket of a new vehicle, but are the same year. Some of the luxuries are stripped of course. But some other things are added, like towing packages.

Car lots are laid out in any general format the dealer may see fit. It is important that the most popular cars, or the sale priced, special buy items are up front. Trucks, vans, and older vehicles tend to stay toward the back of the lot.
