Heelies can be dangerous to the wearer and to people nearby. They are not allowed in some places, like certain stores, although they are not universally banned. Stores may post signs at their entrances where Heelies are forbidden.

I don't think Heelys skate shoes have been outlawed, but instead it could have been out for a while since the trend changes, however kids may still take interest with.

Although Heelys can be dangerous, no they have not been outlawed or discontinued. They may be considered dangerous due to having wheels connected to the bottoms.

Yes, heelys are dangerous, but as far as I know, they have not been outlawed nationally. Perhaps some schools or cities have outlawed them, but I doubt the national government would do so.
