Does wood from a grapefruit tree make good firewood?

No, grapefruit wood does not make good firewood for a stove or fireplace. It leaves a sticky residue on your chimney that is very hard to remove and is very flamable.

The wood will be good for fuel purpose.You have to keep them in a place where they will not get wet.Be sure that the wood are used immediately.They will burnt out soon,so you may need lot foe useage.It is not good for cooking for a larges gatherings.

yes. the wood from a grapefruit tree make good firewood. It gives amild smoky flavour.It is used barbecue. This wood is described as one of the best firwood.the pruned branches of grapefruit and felled trees are cut up for firewood. like citrus fruits wood this wood gives nice flavour and good for beef.

No, it doesn't. It a bad firewood for people use in their life. I think the wood from great adn oil tree make good firewood than grapefruit tree. It's my opinion.
