Walk Away Plans often offer information and services that you could get for free or far less than what they charge. And, while they might seem like a foreclosure, they aren't very forthcoming about how foreclosure wrecks your finances.

Not in all cases, sometimes if you walk away you wont get paid. Especially if it was in your contract as so, reread it to make sure before.

No.The reason being that sometimes thes walk away plans offer services that you can get cheaper or for free. And it it like a foreclosure and they arent always honest with you about the consequences of having a foreclosure.
