Does the vinegar diet really work?

I'm reading about it, but I don't know anybody who has actually done it.

If you believe that vinegar decreases appetite- then it will. Simply put, the reason people are overweight is that it is difficult to stop eating simply because you are not hungry. But if you are not hungry, and you believe that the vinegar you drank will make you not want to eat, then you will trick yourself.

The only way to lose weight is to eat less. To achieve a 1 pound weight loss you need to consume 3500 fewer calories than you burn up with activities.

Like any diet, it won't work if you don't eat properly other things. A vinegar diet won't work by itself, eating properly is the key.

No,the vinegar diet does not work, it's a mere scheme to try to get you to spend money to lose weight.
