It really does help you sleep well at night. It relaxes your symptoms so that you don't feel stuffy, and stops your nose from running so you can have a peaceful nights sleep.

I thnk that it really works well but if you really want something to put you out at night and works with allergies i would get benadryl

Everybody is different, however, I have had success using sudafed sinus nighttime when I was really stuffed up, I rested comfortabley the whole night.

It does work as it does contain calming properties which promotes sleep and helps keep the sinus passage clear overnight.
