No it does not. OBD is on carsthat are 96 and newerand your truck does not have it. You would have to go to the shop and they can tell you what is wrong if you ever have a light come on.
The best way to do that is to call you local dealership and ask them they will be able to tell you right away. Also you can check in the owners manual.
