That depends on what you want Mederma to accomplish. Medically, it is supposed to even a textured scar, but it may be difficult for you or anyone else to tell if it's Mederma or natural bodily processes fixing your skin. Give Mederma several months to do its work.

Some find it works; some don't. It may depend on the severity of the scarring. Some report visible results in a few days, with major results in a few weeks.
