I dont think he does, since MacOS is based on Linux anyway. You can install Linux on a Mac, the other way round is called making a Hackintosh and Apple tries to prevent you from doing that.

1. No, linux doesn't make anything, linux is a group of operating system mostly supported by computerists all over the world, supporting opensource software. 2. There are several MAC emulators for linux, a search pointed me to bit.ly/c967Dw which discusses your question. It does require a MAC Rom, which are considered illegal in most countries.
