Any aspirin containing product will affect lochia bleeding and should be avoided during lochia bleeding. Do not take any aspirin products while lochia bleeding is taking place. Aspirin is a blood thinner and will increase any amount of bleeding taking place. Pain relievers such as Tylenol are safer to take during lochia.

Well Asprin in itself is a blood thinner and i would assume baby asprin would have a very minor affect on the lochia bleeding. Ibuprofin is allowed following birth and that is also a blood thinner.

Baby aspirin as well as normal aspirin can contribute to bleeding complications. All aspirin has an effect on our platelets.

Lochia bleeding can be caused by several different factors in pregnancy. It may not be determined what is causing the bleeding to worsen, but aspirin can cause your blood to thin and bleeding to be heavier.

You shouldn't take baby Aspirin while pregnant. It's not one of the drugs that is okay during pregnancy. Not to mention Aspirin isn't all that good for you anyway.
