No, it does not. 2Pac was signed to Death Row Records, which was run by Suge Knight until he went to prison. 2Pac is deceased. Suge Knight is now out of prison, and Death Row Records still controls most (but not all) of the mechanical and publishing rights to 2Pac's music.

The late artist 2Pac has died over 6 years now,and seems to have never died. The record industry , or anyone else who can profit off his legacy will do just that. The artist was a great writer and had a mass amount of material. Records are being re-released,or newly published when fit to do. Sugh Knight owned most rights.
