Absolutely not! However, some mothers may find that their babies seem to be sensitive when milk is included in the mother's diet. If so, it can be eliminated.

No, you do not. You should just be careful in consuming alcohol and anything else you think your child may be allergic to.

During breastfeeding it is good to cut out dairy milk. If we depend dairy milk the baby have may cause suffering from disease, Comenly fever, loosemotion,etc.. I think you must avoid dairy milk during breastfeeding. It will keep the baby health,wisdom etc. The breastfeeding is best for baby and mother. Baby have get more health and mother get intervel of praganancy.

It's usually not necessary. Some babies have food sensitivities and dairy is one of the more common causes, but it's not always required to stop eating dairy even if that is the case.
