Look online or at large kitchen supply stores. The metal and plastic versions are becoming more and more popular be cause they are easier to make, usually cheaper, and generally dishwasher safe unlike wooden ones. This means that they are easier to sanitize and last forever.

Some specialty shops will sell these. If not, you can always find a supplier online. If all else fails, you can always try making your own with a wood lathe.
