They definitely still make them. They are made by companies such as Boss and Roland, and you can find them at stores such as Guitar Center or online stores like Musician's Friend or American Musical Supply. Prices vary from $100 to over $1000. Usually, the samples on keyboards are of poorer quality than those found on dedicated drum machines.

I'm not sure. I know you can still buy drum machines but that doesn't mean much. I do believe most percussion instruments have been replaced by the synthesizer keyboards of today.
