Yes they do make NASCAR trading cards. Online your best bet would be like amazon or ebay. Offline try your local hobby and collectable shop. Ideally one that deals with diecast collectables. If they don't have it chances are they can tell you where to go or can special order them for you.

Yes they do make Nascar trading cards of your favorite drivers. They are collected and can be found in several locations. has different sets of them. There is alot of choices at superstore. They also have some autographed nascar cards available but they would cost you much more than regular racing trading cards.
