Just like with people the symptoms of menstration can vary between dogs. Nausea is one possibility, along with lethargy and loss of appitite. Mood swings as well. The great thing with dog's, it's only once every 6 months!

Female dogs can get nauseated when they are pregnant. Nausea has a wide variety of sources and it is a good idea to take your dog to a vet.
