Do cigars and cigarettes have the same risk of lung cancer?

Both cigarettes and cigars have a high risk of lung cancer, it's not only the additives that are harmful but smoking itself.

If smoked properly, cigars are much less damaging to one's lungs when compared to cigarettes. This is simply because cigars aren't meant for inhaling, instead the smoke is meant to rest in the smoker's mouth, thus presenting a greater risk of lip, tongue, mouth, throat, and esophagus cancers.

A larger cigar can actually hold more tobacco in it than a cigarette so this means that it can have a greater risk of causing cancer. A smaller cigar is equal to a cigarette as far as the tobacco used in it. All of them cause lung cancer.

I think cigars and cigarettes do have the same risk for lung cancer. You are breathing in toxins into your lungs that your body does not want either way.
