Do all radial aircraft engines have an odd number of cylinders?

No they do not. I have found a 14 cylinder 2 stroke radial aircraft engine. This is made by a French Company called Clerget in 1932. The engine never was mass produced due to the later Nazi occupation of France in World War II

The short answer is no. Double row radial engines have an even number cylinders. The 14 cylinder Pratt & Whitney Twin Wasp R-1830-92 has two rings of 7 cylinders stacked one in front of the other. Most single row radial engines are odd numbered but, several experimental engines have tried an even number in a single row.

Yes all radial aircraft engines have an odd amount of cylinders .I really dont know much about air craft at all
