Yes, silver dollars were definitely produced in 1892. However, the production numbers for 1892 are significantly smaller than other years such as 1890 and 1898. The silver dollars produced in 1892 were of the Morgan Silver Dollar type. So, if you look at any other Morgan Dollar, the 1892 is essentially the same coin, it simply has a different date.
